These terms govern your access to and use of the IMCO website (imco.eu). The website is operated by IMCO s.r.o., a company incorporated in the Czech Republic. By using the website you agree to these terms.

The IMCO website is a B2B product catalog and information service for professional buyers. It is not a webshop. No prices, orders or contracts of sale can be concluded through the website. All commercial conditions are agreed individually between IMCO and verified business partners.
3. Product information
Product names, descriptions, formats and origin information published on the website are provided in good faith and updated periodically. They are indicative and do not constitute a commercial offer or a binding specification. Binding technical sheets are issued separately to verified partners on request.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the website — including text, photographs, illustrations, the IMCO name and logo, and the underlying design — is the property of IMCO s.r.o. or its licensors. No part may be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
