The IMCO story

A quiet trade in good food, honestly sourced.

IMCO is a European specialty food supplier built around a single conviction — that the most valuable thing in our trade is the relationship between a producer and the place they work.

Our purpose

We supply distributors, wholesalers and foodservice operators with the traditional specialties of Italy and France — DOP cheeses, AOP charcuterie, IGP olive oils, and pantry essentials drawn from the great producing regions of the Mediterranean.

IMCO does not run a webshop. We do not chase volumes or season-end discounts. We work with a chosen list of small and mid-sized producers, we negotiate honest conditions, and we move their goods — in palettes and in bulk — to the partners who will treat them with the respect they deserve.

Every reference in our catalog has a name and a place. We can tell you which cooperative pressed an oil, which cellar matured a wheel, which mill drew the bronze through which our pasta was extruded. This is not marketing. It is the basic, mundane work of a serious supplier.

Provenance over price

We select producers first, conditions second. Every shipment is traceable to its origin region and, where applicable, to the consortium that certifies it.

Documentation that holds up

Technical sheets, analytical certificates, allergen statements and origin declarations are issued for every lot. Our partners can audit us, and they do.

Logistics built for the goods

Temperature-controlled storage, mixed pallet builds, and cold-chain integrity from the producer's loading bay to your warehouse — coordinated by a single account manager.

A small range, deeply known

We would rather offer eight references we can speak about with authority than eight hundred we cannot. The catalog grows slowly, by conviction.
